Occasionally additional therapies will be part of your plan and may increase the time needed but you will know that ahead of time.

In short, YES! The other two components of your visit address the joints and muscles in your body, but it is the exercises that really lock in the improvements. Right after your adjustment is also the most valuable time for corrective exercises because that is when you will have the most mobility.
