Titleist Golf Fitness

The Titleist Performance Institute method of training for golf fitness is designed to improve your body’s functional ability to perform on the course.  After a physical evaluation of your golf specific movements, we will devise a plan to help improve your swing by addressing deficiencies in your biomechanics.

This unique training identifies the physical limitations that lead to many common swing faults/characteristics that keep golfers from performing at their best.  These physical limitations not only hinder shooting low rounds, but also make golfers much more susceptible to pain and discomfort.

After your evaluation, a combination of techniques are then used to improve mobility, stability, and strength where each is needed during the golf swing.  These will include Chiropractic adjustments, ART Muscle release, Core Strengthening and Flexibility exercises.
